I grew up in the North Shore of Boston, MA and since I was seven, have spent many weekends and summers in North Conway. After graduating college in 1996, I decided to move to North Conway full-time. When I think back to what captured me the most about North Conway, it was the outdoor elements and the people I met. North Conway is a vibrant and lively community. With cycling and skiing being two of my most favorite activities, it didn’t take long to meet friends with the same interests. I, along with my two sons, currently reside in North Conway and are so lucky to be able to take advantage of all the wonderful activities the valley has to offer. We enjoy riding bikes, hiking, canoeing and of course skiing (cross country and downhill). One of my favorite parts of my job as a real estate agent is walking into a home, looking at the possibilities and visualizing what the home can be. Owning and managing a few rental properties in the valley, with a mix of commercial properties and long and short term rentals provides great property knowledge and experience. I’ve been involved in numerous renovations and building improvements over the past 25 years. In each project, I focus on reducing energy consumption by selecting high efficiency products which in the long run saves money, increases value, reduces pollution and adds comfort to the home. If this is your first (2nd or 3rd) time purchasing a home or, first time purchasing a vacation home, I will enjoy sharing my knowledge about the properties and other benefits of the area. Many great memories have been made swimming and canoeing down the Saco river, hiking up and camping on top of Mt. Washington, learning how to ice & rock climb, golfing with amazing mountain backdrops. It’s no wonder why you are looking to purchase a home in this area. I look forward to working with you.
